How can I make my picks for this week?

I really want to play, but I cannot find any information on where I need to go or what I need to do in order to make my picks. Can someone please help me. I got the e-mail that I need to make my picks for this week, but I need to know how and where to do this.

You're a rookie to the league. We've all been there. You pick players to fill 9 slots (usually - some leagues are slightly different). The usual lineup is:
QB - 1
RB - 2
WR - 2
TE - 1
W/R - 1 (this is either another RB or a WR)
DEF - 1 (this is a whole defensive team)
K - 1

Some leagues use different combinations of these. Other leagues even use individual defenders.

You should have drafted a roster. Most cases 15-17 players. From that list you plug in the players (or defensive team) that you want to go with. In many leagues, the computer will fill in what appears to be your best lineup from the order of players drafted.

FInd somebody who has played before or someone else in your league to ask and they should assist you in getting set up. That's it.
