You should try to change teachers if you can. This isn't good & will cost her job & public standing, when she goes to jail, & you will get quite a few labels too. I am sure you have heard about the other teachers & students in the news. They never let it go.
Think again...you are full of hormones & need to redirect that energy into your studies. Learn to control yourself.
Did you ever think your advances will not be accepted?
Try thinking of that a bit.

Everyone in the world has a teacher they find attractive at some point....when i was at school anything in the entire world appeared sexually attractive and made it hard to concentrate

Get used such matters. You are a MAN, and will be able to satisfy your lusts/loves in due course - that is what marriage is FOR after all.

Cross your legs and focus on the subject. Let someone your own age be the object of your desire.
Trust me, normal teachers are not impressed with testosterone-crazed teenage boys.

Try like they tell you in Public Speaking class: imagine her in her underwear...wait...that might not work. Imagine her failing you for not paying attention!
Seriously, you need to remember she is there to teach you one subject and she worked very hard to get in the teacher's union to do that.

Every time you see her, think of your grandmother.
If you do it consistently enough, you brain will automatically shut off those... systems... whenever she's around.

Try and sit with her in front of the window so you can see through her clothes in the light and just gaze into heaven whilst she drones on.
