It is Garrison Keiller. One name, one guy. Hails from the same great state as me, MINNESOTA!!! He is a state treasure here and the nation has come to respect and love him as well. Gotta love us Minnesotians!

Plus, his accent is sort of his own. He has some Minnesota accent in his voice, but if you want to hear a true Minnesota accent (like mine for better or worse) rent the movie Fargo by the Coen Brothers.

Oh, he is on National Public Radio

The man's name is Garrison Keillor there's no and and it's a series called the Prairie Home Companion. He's been on national public radio for at least 20 years and there was a movie he made a couple of years ago that was just as funny as his radio show.

Sorry, I haven't heard of them so I can't tell you which station they broadcast on here. It could be any station in any State actually since we typically cannot hear radio stations from another State unless we have satellite radio.

These two sound pretty funny, though.

I love him! I've read one of his books, that was great too, and if you like his voice and his type of humour, you should watch "A Prairie Home Companion", it was Robert Altman's last movie and features Garison Keilor as a main character. I watched it only two weeks ago and it was moving and funny at the same time.
