A swap meet business is like any other business. YOu may need to file taxes on the money you make, as well as collect and pay sales tax.

Check with your city/state agencies who handle this. Ask a local independant merchant who handles it. Get a business license if need be to be totally legal.

If you're selling something and people are buying, AND you're going to make more than $100 a year at it, you'll need a license.

Some are free, some cost just a little, it depends on your state.
