Carson is the one that kind of makes since because of how bad he wants that money and his military background and he acts a little weird about it.... But, David was acting super sketch when Jack walked up to him and was telling him that Ji Min was not going to do the interview and when he was leaving with Nikki. But, the thing that threw me for a loop today was when Victor questioned Jack about not telling anyone that he was in there before he died to talk to him, and then how he told Sharon that Ji Min just decided not to do the interview. So, that makes you wonder if Jack told JiMin about the fact that he owns his familys property and then the two of them had confrontation...or if JiMin somehow did something to himself because that way he would not have had to do the interview so his parents could stay where they are and then he wouldn't have to fill like he let Jill down...
From what detective Sullivan said it was probably an internal thing like it just shut down, but that it could have been an external thing. but, in the whole scheme of things, it is the soaps so really they could make it whoever!

Carson i don't think david would kill someone especially Ji min kim....If he wanted to kill anyone i think it would be victor for how he was treating nikki and punched the **** out of him...Honestly i think carson did it because he was suppose to meet amber up at his room where was carson when amber called him nowhere to be found....Well but then again carson said he wouldn't kill anyone when amber got kidnapped...I'm tired of Y&R who dun it scenes cause it's getting old.....Flash back Carmen & jana ended up doing you would of thought jana would kick her to death or something but the way she did it was kind of lame....but then again it could be David since he would do anything for nikki & he has been there pretty much the whole dang time....wouldn't he find something suspicious or something being there that long....

I think it's either Carson or David. David would do anything to protect his obsession (Nikki), and Carson, he wants his money and by the way JiMin was killed (his esophagus crushed), Carson would be the best since he was in the military. But, David, we don't know much about his background. My bet is on Carson.

I think it was CANE that killed him! Because he's after Jill & her mothers money and he turns out to not really be Jill's son so I was putting 2 to 2 together and thats what i've been thinking well he wants money so what the hell right?! lol ( I read that we will find out that hes really not Jill's son on a spoiler!!)

I agree that the guy with Amber could be it (Collin, I think? Can't remember for sure what his name is) , but then that almost seems too obvious.
