Just plug the usb drive in, into the USB slot in your PC. When you double-click on My Computer (on your desktop), u can see a new drive apart from your disk drives. The icon would be different too. This new drive shows the contents of your usb drive. You may get into it (by double-clicking) and see the contents on the usb drive.
