Hi! I'm not sure what you're asking for. There's a CD by William Beckett (his debut solo release as "Remember Maine"... see link below) by the name of "Last Place You Look," but I haven't yet found the cover art to verify it and I cannot read all the writing on your image (maybe the 2nd line reads 'Desire & Confusion,' but I'm not certain. :
