I been thinking to relocated to New York.And I need a nice neighorhood.That does not have a lot of crime or stuff like that.
Also I need to know where to get jobs in New York City.

Try craigslist.org or backpage.com for classifieds
You'll be more likely to find people looking to rent out a ROOM for that price, but definitely not an entire apartment.

Sorry, but you are not going to find an apartment in Staten Island, New York, or brooklyn for 300-500 dollars. Average rent is anywhere between 900 to 1100 and that is for a studio apartment. To find a job use Monster.com or craigslist.com. Good luck in your search.

Are you nuts? Where are you from? You can't even find apartments that cheap in the worst sections of Staten Island!!! If you want a place in a good neighborhood you got to look to spend between $900-1100.

This is a fantasy question, right? Seriously, you may be able to rent a cardboard box in a back alley somewhere in NYC, but that sort of shoots a hole in the "no crime" area theory. Lalalalalala...enjoy your dream fantasy!!

Keep dreaming! You're going to need to triple your budget to have any chance of finding anything at all. Even then, that won't be much -- a postage stamp sized studio at best!
