Passing time at work telemarketing?

Hi work for a call center, and people call in to activate tehir credit cards and i tell them about rewards and differernt products, i do this for 5 hours a day 5 days a week. same thing over adn over, how can i pass the time alot faster? i dont have access to internet on my computer i use. and changing jobs isnt an options

Does the company allow you to have paper at your desk so that you can play word games or Soduko? Even something as simple as writing out every word you can think of that rhymes with red would help pass some time. Doodling and imagining what the next caller's life is like is about the only other options.
I used to write the next chapter of a novel in my head while I worked for Visa but that was just me.
