Extinction.

If we continue to have wars, to kill one another, and develop new technologies to do so (nuclear weapons, smart bombs, unmanned aircraft predators, mini-nukes, neutron bombs), and we continue to degrade the environment, use up natural resources, and continue to reproduce and overpopulate the earth, yes, extinction will be our next evolutionary change.

Extinction is a very significant force in evolution. 99% of all species that have evolved, have become extinct. Extinction gives an evolutionary opportunity for other species. Just look at mammals after the extinction of the dinosaurs.

I believe that there will be further changes to teeth. They have changes so much since the beginnings of agriculture, getting smaller and less robust as our diets become ever-more-processed. Many people are being born with fewer teeth- wisdom teeth are less likely to appear than they once were. Of course this will not happen overnight- it has been happening for thousands of years.
