no matter what i do i seem to always mess up with girls i lie about silly things i just cant stop is there anybody that can help me

Try being honest for a change! What's to lie about anyway. Little menial things that don't matter, just stop for 5 seconds, just 5 little seconds and think before you answer her! Tell the truth somethings aren't even important enough to lie about, it's just a habit with you I think. . It's about integrity and a man is only as good as his word!

Sure - if you are realizing what you are doing then there is a chance to change it. Maybe you just haven't met a girl that you feel completely comfortable with, which is why you continue to "mess it up". I say just keep trying and continue to meet people. When you find yourself beginning to lie either come clean or move on - she obviously is not the one for you...

First of all, what are you lying about? Are you trying to be someone you're not? If so then that's not the thing to do. Don't try to impress people with a bunch of lies or it'll come back to haunt you.
Or are you lying because the truth hurts? My suggestion is to tell the truth but not in an extremely blunt way.

You have to learn to control your mouth. Why do you lie? If you can figure that out, you can work on correcting the problem that causes you to lie. Is it about your self-esteem? Work on building it up. Is it a fear of not being accepted? Realize that if you've got a girl, you're already accepted. Self-improvement is on you, dude.

If you want a real girl you must stop lying about who you are. As a woman I know if we are really attracted it isn't really impotant who the guy is. What is important is does he lie, does he cheat, will he treat me with respect. For girls with kids. Does he like kids. If a girl finds out that you lied it means the person we already know and like doen't even exsit and it is upsetting. I feel if a guy lies to me to get me to go out with him that means he isn't really what I want.

why do you feel you need to lie? thats a real turn off and probably why you cant keep one. just be yourself and stop lying so much, if you lie over silly stuff they figure you lie over everything else so you cant be trusted.

Dont date anyone until you grow up. It seems like you are in a snowball effect. You need to change to make it work. Lying is one of the worst things you can do to a girl.

girls like guys who are honest. you should know that. when she asks you something think before you answer it. make sure its the truth. its easy to lie. but its obviously better to be honest. make the effort. if you've already messed up. show her thats not the person you want to be. good luck!
