Is this a window a/c or central air? If a window model make sure it is tilted slightly so the water will drain. Not sure what valts are?

I am not exactly sure of the question because of the odd grammar. A common cause of water leaking from a ac unit would be a clogged drain line. Try flushing the drain line.
