I would say too many to count. However, if you're one of those who believes that Bush lacks the intellectual capacity to consciously deceive others, then, in that case, zero. He would simply take his own lies as truthiness. LOL

Lied? not thought if it was Lie's but knew it was bad information relayed to Bush. Bad Intelligence Relayed to Bush. He is the one that took word of mouth as truth and fought for the course of action we took. So you ask if he Lied Nope.
