only time i made my goal of being fit was when i had a basketball coach on my *** ....so how can i get into working out with out having a personal trainer ANY TIPS ?? spank YA

Do an exercise roubtine that you'll enjoy. That way it doesn't feel like exercise. If you like basketball play basketball as exercise.
I take ballroom dance lessons. Great exercise and I don't think I'm exercising.

i would suggest signing up for a race in whatever sport you pick up. it's a real motivation not only to think about the race and getting yourself to a level where you can complete it, but also to think about how whenever you're not training someone else is.

Try working out with a friend. I have the same problem something else that helps me it listen to music.
