her answer is always bs ....who do I call for problems or disputes....

Yes you can sue her, any lawyer that does not represent her client or does not handle a case professionally can be sue, it is the law, send me a reply and i will get you the law code that applys to this answer so that you can respond better and dont look like you dont know nothing and i will ask my paralegal teacher more information on this for you if you would like and good luck l

You need to lodge a complaint with the bar and see if they can do anything about her not going into court with you . I think that is a bunch of bull her not wanting to go into marital court with you . good luck
