I know I'm going to get some heat for this, but I don't care:
I'm sick and tired of hearing about the whining of Cryme Tyme being released.
Yeah, they were funny, but they couldn't wrestle for crap and the only reason they got over with the crowd was that they played to that stupid "Gangsta" gimmick.
FAR better wrestlers have been released by WWE, and I don't see what the big outrage is about.
If you love them so much, watch TNA whenever they go there and join "Tean PacMan."
And don't give me the song and dance about "Cryme Tyme isn't as bad as Los Guererros." because not only is it just as bad, I think it was FAR worse.
At least Los Guererros could entertain on the mic and in the ring.....

On the mic they were, but in the ring?
THE HIGHLANDERS were just as good.
Kendrick and London are better in the ring.
Cade and Murdock are better in the ring.
The Hardys are DAMN sure better in the ring.
Deuce and Domino are better and have been around even less time.

Wait a second here...I'm PRAISING LOS GUERERROS.
I'm saying that they overcame the stereotypical characters they portrayed and were better wrestlers.
I'm not dissing Eddie and Chavo in the least.

I am a Cryme Tyme fan and I have to say I agree with your point. I can't stand there gimmick but I am probably the only person who think they are entertaining in the ring. Sure they will never be in the same caliber as "The Midnight Express" but I like there personality. I think they were used wrong in the WWE I get tired of seeing them stealing and selling every week. I admit they were funny to begin with but I think people were laughing for all the wrong reasons. I just hope Shad & Jayson this time off to develop in the ring. Hell, I just hope they realized they made a mistake and not point fingers at Cade & Murdoch. I dont like what caused the release but, that is how life is we just have to dust off our shoulders and move on. It is now getting just as annoying as the Benoit situation. I even get thumbs down just because I have a Shad avatar. I don't understand that because I had this avatar for a long time.

Well, I'm a Cryme Tyme fan, but I was only upset for a couple of days. I can understand why they're so upset about it though. Some of these people really loved them, and seeing your favorite wrestler released is always hard.
I agree with you also though. It's time for you to get over it and find a new tag team. London and Kendrick look promising! They hardly even wrestled, anyway. So in a way they were kinda a waste of roster spots.
I also agree very much with what you said about the wrestlers. Much better wrestlers, far superior to them have been released before, and people didn't make such a big deal. So get over it, and find a different tag team to love!! It's really not that hard.

*Looks at question, looks at responses* Looks like this is a talked about question Mr C.
Anywho ill talk about them later ... you said that the Hardyz are better than CT in the ring. Cryme Tyme (while they were overpopular) didnt botch moves, dont do heroin (Matt) and Marajuana (Jeff), just seemed like average wrestlers, decent mic skills and a gimmick that offend but was OVER with the corwd.
Now for Cryme Tyme - If this was the WGTT no one would give a fudge. Cryme Tyme probably wont go to TNA because Shad said "I know we will come back to the WWE sometime in the future" so i dont think they will burn bridges.
Los Guerreros ... never cared for them, Eddie and Chavo were like them but their inring ability was good enough.
But hey, thats just my opinion. In fact we shouldnt worry about CT because Tagteam wrestling is dead

mr c, i LOVED cryme tyme!
i thought they really had the entertainment factor, but you sure as hell are right (as you always are!) that cryme tyme could not wrestle
there have been better WRESTLERS that were released from the wwe, most often because they didnt have mic skils or something like that
so why shouldnt the wwe release a tag team that had all the mic skills and whatnot...but could not perform in the ring to meet wwe expectations?
they did not have enough wrestling ability, simple as that, and so i can sort of understand why the wwe released them
but the wwe today is more entertainment based than anything really, and cryme tyme could really bring in the ratings!
so thats why i whinge about it...the wwe made a very strange move and i think the entertainment level may suffer because of it
it just goes to show how the wwe is ready for change...even if some of the fans arent...
* = telling it like it is! you go dude!
ps = i still miss jtg + shad and really hope to see them in the future...maybe they can bring the "money, money, yeah, yeah" to tna! LOL!

I agree with you totally. Sure Cryme Tyme was funny but they were mediocre wrestlers at best.
I for one will not miss them.
Now days alot of people do not watch wrestling for the actual wrestling but for the storylines and that is not me.
P.S. I liked when you said the Hardys were damn sure better than Cryme Tyme.

From the start I thought they were a negative stereotype. I guess a lot of people don't think that or feel since they were so over with the crowd that it doesn't matter. This is, of course, not their fault. The WWE has always been rife with bad stereotypes. Frankly, though, I am surprised by how popular they became and by how upset people are over their firing.
I don't think their departure is a huge loss; the tag division is already a joke. Losing a guy like Flair would be a much bigger blow to the WWE because it hurts their already shaky credibility.

alright. here is my opinion on "Cryme Tyme"
Well i liked their gimmick "Money Money Yeah Yeah" that was great for entertaining the fans but i really have to say i'd rather watch a tag team wrestling match then seeing a jobbers only match because thats basically the only opponents they've ever fought besides last year at New Years Revolution against Cade and Murdoch. They were not the best tag team ever like some people are saying. While i will miss their gimmick its not going to be something we will remember 10 years down the road ya know what i mean?
Also just to say Cade and Murdoch are in need of a brand new gimmick seriously these two guys were trained by two of the best wrestlers ever. Murdoch was trained by HBK and Cade was trained by Harley Race. that team actually has potential but with a horrible gimmick like they've got i dont see them getting anywhere in the near future unless they have a gimmick change soon.

Well, I don't whine over them but to me they really never got enough ring time or should I say tyme to shine!!! As far as we know they are known for their promos!!! I don't think Vince took them seriously because of a stupid gimmick he gave them!!!! They were treated unfairly and we may never know how they could have improved!!!
On another note I got a question, how come when you give your opinion people don't delete your question? Then when I give my opinion it always get deleted? Is it because you are a top contributer? Anyway I respect you and you are a true fan!!!!

You know what, i agree to an extent. They were not the best of wrestlers, that is true, but i honestly thought they were entertaining and cut great promos. I wouldn't have liked to see them go but instead improve. But they really were not the best wrestlers, and many of the other tag teams named are in fact better. I am not that glad they were released though but you have made many good points and I agree that people need to stop whining. No one seems to care we have people like Eugene who had the skills but wasn't able to utilize them because of a bad gimmick he was forced to upon. He was released but it doesn't seem as many people seem to care about that and now he will never get a fighting chance.

Alright!i said that before and i'll say it again. This is a free section.Everyone who loves wrestling can express his/her opinion..We all have to respect the others opinion no matter if we agree or not.And yes, they were so many great tag teams in WWE such as Dudleyz,Edge & Christian e.t.c which were released(not Edge) but that happens. The Dudleyz were participated in every show and every PPV again and again and were almost forever that champs and noone getting bored of them.Cryme Tyme had some fun but you can't be so melancholic because of their release. They didn't even participated in more than 20 matches. And i think that they only participated in 1 or 2 PPV's..
Anyway..If you are a Cryme Tyme fan!Just wait for them to go in another promotion!(ther isn't only WWE.There is also TNA,ROH and some Mexican & Japan promotions which are putting on a great show..(New Japan League,ALL Japan e.t.c))
If you are not, that's no problem with you..
And another thing.Nobody can compare Los Guerreros with Cryme Tyme.Eddie & Chavo were way better than JTG & Shad..no doubt about it..!
