Ask your systems administrator to reset your password for you.

If you are the systems administrator, either re-train or resign

There are tools which will access your password and give it to you. I don't know where this particular one is, as the person who submitted the question did not provide a URL, but he said a program called Locksmith, or something like that in the Wininternals programs allows for the creation of a boot CD which simulates a repair enviroment and then you use that Lock program to access and give you options to access your password/system.

Search the forum for these types of password issues and you should find that entry. Then, if the respondant allows, you could email him and ask how to get that program.

When I was searching for it I found out that Microsoft bought Wininternals and brought the owner, Mark, onboard there. It is now named, Sysinternals, and you can go there here:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/default.mspx

On the left is a list of every tool Sysinternals offers. Alas, I was unable to locate the particular tool this respondant offered out to the question poster. However, the poster said he found it and it worked for him where others did not. So, it must be available. Again, contact the respondant and ask where you can aquire this program and how to use it.

Hope this helps you in some way, good luck and have a nice day.
