The owner of the web site has removed the ability for you to save the photo to keep people from illegally copying it, and violating their copyright ownership of the picture. The currently penalty for doing such is a fine of up to $150,000.
(How that I have done the disclaimer: Open the page. Press the Print Scrn key on your computer. Go into a graphic program - such as MS Paint included free in Windows. Do a "Paste". The entire screen of your computer will appear in the program as a picture. Use the "crop" tool to cut out the part that you want. Save it as a new picture.)

It's a copyrighted photo. It's not nice to steal other peoples' work. Email the site and buy a copy.

I used Firefox instead of Internet Explorer which allows you to work around that stupid Javascript copy protection in a variety of ways. I've uploaded your picture here for you without any copy protection:

you still can copy:
Press "Print Screen" or Prnt Scrn" key of your keyboard, then go to Paint from accessories or any photo editor program, then "paste" it there... thats it!!!, but the resolution will be as per the screen you copy...!!!
