me and my friend always buy books all the time. so one day when we finished reading a book, she was like 'how come we never had read a story with a dark skin girl as the one who gets the guy.'
well i thought about that, every time we did read a story with a dark skin girl she was always evil and never got the guy at the end.
like 'b more careful'
so if you know of any please tell me, so me and her can read a good one.
i don't mind reading stories about light skin girls (i am light skin) but i want to read about something esle. thank you

I don't know how many Bollywood films are based on books and not simply original screenplays, but that's an obvious huge source... Almost all of the leading ladies are dark skinned.
