Skin, hair, nails, brain, heart, muscles, intestines, stomach, etc., etc. You body is composed of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids, water, some hormones, vitamins and minerals. Proteins are everywhere in your body. DNA does have some proteins associated with it in the nucleus (your DNA is is surrounded by proteins called histones).

DNA is not protein, but as someone already said, there is no single location in your body that contains protein. Every cell in your body contains protein. Muscle is particularly rich in protein.

It's not the DNA - DNA is not a protein.
DNA makes RNA, which in turn tells the cell what proteins to make and how to make them. The proteins then float around the cell and are used for various processes, or they are moved outside of the cell to do things elsewhere in the body.
