As a verb or as a modifier? As a modifier "leisurely" "unhurried" As a verb maybe "ambled".

it depends on how your using "rushed"

"I rushed around the house": "I wandered around the house"

"I felt rushed to get it done": "I procrastinated getting it done"

I don't think there is one.. basically it would be a word that means "telling someone to take their time"..
