Right after reading the title, I was going to say Penne with Vodka!
But I do like homemade mac and cheese too! (mmmm Velveta!)
Wait, I forgot about Gnochi with Chicken and pesto - I think that is my favorite!

I have a great recipe for "4 cheese chicken fettuccine" . It's awesome. It contains the following ingredients and is very easy to make.
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken
8 oz fettuccine
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 8oz package of cream cheese
small jar of drained mushrooms
1 cup of whipping cream
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 tsp of garlic
3/4 cup of grated parmesan
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup of shredded swiss
seasoned breadcrumbs
Cook fettuccine and cook chicken. Mix all other ingredients and let melt to make sauce. Add Chicken. Put fettuccine and sauce in baking dish. Add breadcrumbs.
Bake(covered)350 degrees for 25 min.
(uncovered)5-10 min.

Hi I love to eat pasta! I love "Creamy Basil Pesto" it has garlic parmesan cheese and olive oil and a touch of cream and "Traditional Alfredo" creamy,cheesy but not too rich just perfect and "Homemade Marinara" fresh made tomato sauce fresh herbs and parmesan cheese and homemade "Focaccia bread" the best! I love to cook and hope to open my own little resturant have a great day!!
