o no. the exact same thing happend to me. all the time in the world and it had to start the day before you go away. i felt the same as you worried. buy all you need i a pair of shorts. wear your bikini as normal. put a pair of shorts over them. go in the pool first thing for about 20mins and then get out and check. if you seem clean then youll be fine. just keep your shorts on and then you can swim all you like. but if your quite heavy im afraid youll have to find another way to entertain youself. try getting in a good tan. im lucky i was getting only about a lable spoon worth a day! but hope for the best. enjoy yourself.

that's what hapened to me-and nonetheless does (3 years on) it isnt too undesirable to be truthful. I freaked out approximately going wimming and there somewhat isnt something to rigidity approximately. If u decide for positioned on a tampon-yet each sometimes it is uncomfortable for begineers, yet once you dont, u can positioned on a pad nonetheless (besides the fact that it is like wearing a nappy) or positioned on a pad to the pool and get replaced there, flow swimming then get replaced returned-for me after swimming-the stress easily stopped the blood flow for a pair of hours. to tell the reality-the presure of blood and water balances so as that not something can come out-saying that it will instruct interior the pool is a myth, it in no way does and that i'm the youngest of 5 daughters. i think of i understand desire you have a reliable holiday?

Well, if you want to go swimming, you HAVE to use tampons. (or you could try a menstrual cup, but if you dont like tampons, you'll dislike the cup even more). You can't use a pad (it will swell up like a diaper as soon as it gets wet), and water DOES NOT stop a period.
No tampon=no pool.

Use tampons.

You can go in the pool as long as you use a tampon.

Your flow does NOT stop or slow when you are in water, it only LOOKS that way, all it really does is get dispersed quickly and you'll end up having blood running down your leg when you get out of the water, also making the water unsanitary as you swim.

The only thing to do is to wear tampons if you want to go in the pool.

Oh, and I should mention, you might be told that your period stops or slows down if you are in water. That is not true. I'm 39 years old, that has never happened to me.

Hmmm... well if you CAN use tampons but you don't WANT to use them, then you're stuck with just dipping your feet in. Sorry, but that's just the way it is. You certainly cannot swim with a pad. So my vote is to suck it up either way and either wear a tampon or not go swimming.

Well if you can use tampons then use them while you're on as you can go swimming with them in.
