I salt food a little when I am cooking it. I don't care for salt on cook food just laying on top. I do use salt on my raw fruits and vegetables, however.

Yes I love the taste of salt, tony's too. But- I try not too use so much that it would be unhealthy.
Put put salt and bay leaves when I make rice, in pasta water with olive oil any kind of bean, on meat of course.

I been training my husband for twenty years,reducing his salt intake.Now he eats with a tiny bit.You need some salt and as I don't use prepared foods,you have to add that bit.

I don't use any extra salt than what is already in the food. I stay away from salt and sodium.

Yes, it helps flavor the foods when I cook. Mortons salt is the best.

No I use spices to season things not salt. They are so much better for you than salt and have more taste.

Eh not really. Salt nauseates me when it's a certain amount. Pepper is the way to fly.
