It depends on how much cleavage you're showing. A little is sexy but, too much of this good thing is definitely tarty (I'd say slutty).

To each their own...as long as it isn't excessive. My boobs are so humungo right now, I don't own a shirt that doesn't show at least a little....so I'm gonna say sexy cuz I'm certainly not going for 'tarty'.....I'm really getting tired of being pregnant....

I like showing cleavage, too. If you got it, flaunt it. If you just..don't..or your boobs touch your knee caps..then it's whatever. If you feel sexy showing cleavage, then you're sexy. If you feel ridiculous..then you might want to cover it up. Point is..be comfortable in your own skin. I'd walk around naked if it wasn't public indecensy.

Depends on how much you are showing, the outfit and the type of place you are going. But if you do it in a classy and feminine way, than it is sexy.
