I've heard of this before but I was just wondering. A pastor friend (neighbor) who I have lot's of respect for told me that he has encountered many times demonic spirts within people...he said they are "cast out" by calling on Jesus. He said these people have spoken to him in very deep male voices coming out of a mid-aged woman. He said that he has seen this dozens of times in church and street ministry. He said when he first encountered this it freaked him out...but now it's very common place...he's not frazzeled at all.

Yes, I have. They exist, they are real and they are evil. I am a psychiatrist yet I cannot deny what I have seen and heard for myself. Stay away from the dark and sinister things in life, lest they have an effect on you. I am taking the risk that everyone will think I am mad for believing this. But It Is Not a Belief. I saw and heard and now I know. I would be lying to deny it.

Demons are real just as Angels are real. If you believe that the Bible is true, then you know that both are real. I pray that I never meet someone who is demon possessed because my Pastor was saying if someone is you will know it! It's supernatural. Angels are everywhere around us, but so are demons we just can't see them and if you have accepted Christ in your heart as Lord and Savour you can not be possessed. Oppressed maybe, but not possessed. Jesus wins. Here are some Bible verses to back it up...
Matthew 8
The Healing of Two Demon-possessed Men
28When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes,[d] two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way. 29"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?"
30Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding. 31The demons begged Jesus, "If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs."
32He said to them, "Go!" So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water. 33Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men. 34Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.
