okay ever since i started my period i have had it for about 5 days and then it was done...well i started birth control this past month and i now my period has lasted about two weeks now and it still isn't done what do you think is wrong?

It sounds like your body is adjusting to the hormones, or your dosage is not correct. Let the doctor know what's going on. 2 weeks on a period would make me go insane! I can barely handle a week.

That seems like a long time, but your body IS adjusting to the new horomones. It's probably nothing to worry about, although there is no reason why you couldn't call your doctor and mention it.

Two weeks is definitely too long. Call your doctor immediately - the dosage of your pills clearly isn't right for you.

THe pill should have you having no period at all.
See your doctor. I would stop taking it too.
