I've kind of got one aswell,mainly because someone was wearing so much perfume today,I was nearly choking lol-so maybe you should try filling a bucket/bowl up with steaming water and then putting your face around/over the bowl and then using a towel to put around your head to keep the heat in.

I have been having the same problem the past few days, coughing, sneezing, and runny nose.. It's horrible. I don't know how to stop it I would just say keep taking vitamin c and drink lots of fluids.

Take an antihistamine like Benadryl. It should help dry you up.
