No, but some others view it that way. OMG, BAREFOOT!
The only thing a flip flop provents is a bare dirty sole (but some flip flops even dirty the sole from the dye coming off the foot bed), and protection from heat that would cause blisters to untrained feet not used to hotter heat (but I don't actually get blisters until above 100 degrees F and also during afternoon peak heat hours, even if the feet are quite burned). The toes and the arch are still quite visible even with the flip flop straps.
As for a "perv" with a foot fetish--there are various levels from just looking at the soles/toes/arches and liking the appearance, and then all the way to wanting to do activities that are kinky or painful to the feet.

No I love to go around the house and the lawn in my bare feet ! I even bought a nice talc to sprinkle in my shoes when I have to put them on as a treat for my feet !

Not at all I bare everywhere and as often as I can be , My privates are not so private when going to nude beaches and participating in nude outdoor recreation, Nudity is Freedom, Viva NIF

No, I love my feet and love going bare footed. Even when I do wear shoes I usually wear sandles or flip flops until it is too cold.

Living alone has it's perks. One of them is being able to be'unadorned' while in residence. My shoes hit the floor next to the door as soon as I walk through it.

nope, i wear sandals all of the time. i think tennis shoes make your feet stinky, so i don't like them.
