All dogs can be dangerous. Every dog has the ability to bite BUT it is down to the owner to train and control their animals, therefore not letting them become dangerous to others

A dog is only as good as its owner, any dog can be dangerous, they are animals. But no they are not all dangerous only have the potential to be just like people. Any human can be dangerous and humans do more violent acts and do them knowingly as where a dog acts on instinct. I have 110 Lbs Lab and a 93 lbs Pit Bull both are the sweetest best well behaved dogs but if they were not raised and trained right I have not doubt that they could be dangerous.

All dogs have the potential to be dangerous but so do people. If the dog is well treated, has been brought up to interact with other animals, people (especially children) then dogs can be great companions. The news only picks up on the negative side but what about the dogs that do good. Dogs for the blind, deaf and elderly

Potentially, yes. Certain breeds, bull terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, for example, may be able to do more damage because they are stronger and heavier than some breeds of dog, but it doesn't make them more dangerous. My experiences with dogs suggest that Jack Russell's and miniature poodles are some of the most aggressive dogs. But they're small and unlikely to do too much damage so people don't worry about those. All dogs can bite, even the most placid. Just like people, if you push dogs too far they'll push back in the only way they know how to.

Yes. All people are also dangerous. You have to decide who to trust. Anyone could hurt you if they tried.
If you are asking about this to see if you can have a dog live with a child or something like that, the answer is that yes, you can. You need to train the dog, it may be better to have a less powerful dog if it is a particularly young child, and the dog needs to learn respect for people. If you've watched dogs interact with people, you'd see right away whether a dog would be a problem. Most dogs see a little person getting treated well by people, know the little guy is a respected member or friend of his pack of people, and extend their respect for the pack/family on to the child.

Definitely not. Dangerous dogs are almost certainly the result of poor upbringing or even abuse. Children are not always aware that dogs, especially puppies, need some quiet time to themselves. If they are constantly being handled, sometimes rather roughly, the animal is going to become nervous and unreliable in temperament. I feel certain that if parents made sure their children had respect for animals, whether dogs or any other creature, there would be less cases of dogs attacking. I have watched a child torment a dog almost beyond endurance and the parent thought it was fine because it was keeping her child occupied. I pointed out to her that whilst her child was getting away with it, the dog would remember the abuse and would quite likely take it out on some other child.

NO I'm sorry but I don't know what would make you thinnk that. If they were all dangerous why would so many families have dogs as teh family pet??
I will say that there are some that can be dangerous but this is due to the training and raising of the pup or dog

All dogs have the potential to be dangerous - but not as dangerous as humans.

No, definitely not. I have a dog that loves everyone and every animal. Not a mean bone in his body. Most dogs are very friendly and safe, if well taken care of with lots of love and care. Most dangerous dogs are that way because their owners brought them up in the wrong way.
