There's no harm in swimming round the rock naked in the light of the full Moon. Whether this will impart everlasting youth is debatable. Go for it anyway, you just never know.
Actually, now that I think of it, I'm sure you have to do this as a couple. Virgin boy swims with virgin girl, etc.
So, if you are no longer a virgin, too late.

I have been to both the North and South of Cyprus, there are sights all over the Island along the beaches which are attributed to the Aphrodite legend. More so in the north because ther are more rocky outcrops and large natural rock polls.
I don't know about eternal youth but, I have swum in the sea and around the rock pools at full moon, watched the stars cross the heavens, and seen the sunrise form the water, on the Cypriot shores.
It is truly magical.
