One is not lucky because of their name... If he was born August 1st... I'd say his name is already established...

If he leads a good life then you could say he was lucky, but having a certain name doesn't determine whether you are lucky or not. At least not in most English-speaking cultures. And four years after he was born, you shouldn't try to change his name now, he's already gotten used to it.
