i couldn't get a hold of my job by phone or internet to find out what time i had to go to work so i went in.
i went in i told them and they ignored me and laughed at me then they were like the phone was down and kept on ignoring me.
i'm so pissed off..
to make matters worse i think i looked at the wrong day so now i have no idea what time i work at..

I'm sorry this happened to you. As a former retail manager with over 15 years experience, I would greatly appreciate an employee like you who took so much time and effort to make sure that you didn't miss your shift. I can't believe you were treated this way. How unproffessional, besides absolutely rude! I suggest looking for different employment wth a company that respects good employees.

You should take the scheduale and photo copy it and keep it on your fridge so you dont have to bother your work to find out when you work ... And Im sure they were not laughing at you ... why would they be??? I don't know I think you may be just over reacting a little its not a big deal ... Just get a copy from now on!!

Just go back and take another look at your schedule. If the people who ignored you were young employees then I would overlook them ignoring and laughing, because they are immature.

It is rude that they would make fun of you or make excuses. But I would go back in and write down my schedule so that way I wouldn't have anymore confusion.

yeah that is rude, you botherd to turn up, even know its a incovence to you on your day off
