Could Infatuation turn into love? If I am infatuated with someone is it just that(like I am thinking)?

I see all the chances you could and couldnt, maybe waht you are calling infatuation is not actually that but more then it or may be its less.
With scuh things I always feel time is the best thing, with time we realise the facts, good thing is not to rush into it I suppose, but even with time you feel the same lets say a few months, then I see all possibilities of it being more then just infatuation.

I believe that being "in love" and infatuation are similar, but are very different. I think it is possible to start with a health infatuation that could lead into love, but its a slippery slope because its infatuation hints that is one sided. I think that infatuation can be the initial attraction, but needs to quickly move to a mutual attraction other wise it falls into either the classical unfrequented love or crazy staker.

Infatuation is one step !!! It can ultimately lead to love. Attraction or infatuation (as I like to call it) is how most relationships start and if it leads to love then thats a good thing!!! But, yes you can only be infatuated with a person and want nothing more beyond that!!

Only if the person you're infatuated with notices the fact that you're interest in him/her to some degree, and is willing to get to know you better. There is a chance that love will blossom, or that you'll just remain at the friendship stage. If they don't notice you, no matter how many times you send signs their way, it'll just be unrequited love.

and from there you can go down many roads

No, because infatuation means it's only one-sided, and love takes 2.
But if your infatuation leads to you let him know that you like him, then he starts to like you back, and you start to date, etc..., well then yes, love can develop much much later.
But straight from infatuation to love?? Nope.

only if it is reciprocated....it is really a fantasy...find out if the person you are infatuated with is interested in you....strike up a conversation and see where it goes
