I just moved to the Seattle area and want to subscribe to a newspaper. Should I go with the Seattle Times or the Post-Intelligencer?

It's basically a matter of taste. I've read them both, and the P-I struck me as being a little more conservative in tone, and therefore more to my taste (everyone's mileage varies in that arena). The Times, on the other hand, had a better daily crossword puzzle. :-)

What you might want to do is buy them both a few times and see which one you like better. Also, on Sundays the Times and the P-I publish a combined paper, so you only need to compare and choose between the daily (during the week) editions.
