i used paypal. will i be refunded? i'm almost sure it was a scam. i found the same item and it used the same description word for word. it was like the item i bought copied and paste from the other person? so i'm sure it was a scam. will paypal give me my money back?

I used to sell a lot on Ebay and if I was selling something that someone else was selling, and their description was good, I would cut and paste it and save some time.

It may not have been a scam. Many time sellers will indeed copy and paste an item's description over and over for a different auction because the product remains the same. For instance, if I am selling two identical new BMW's (same model, color, etc) on ebay, then I would use the same description for both of them. You will see this quite often on ebay. However, if it is indeed a scam you may report the seller through ebay/paypal and they will definitely refund your money if they determine it is a scam. Good luck.

Just be patient and if you don't receive your purchase in a reasonable amount of time open up a dispute with ebay and paypal. Yes paypal will refund your money after so many days paypal has to investigate the dispute first. First you may want to contact the seller if no response you do what you feel is comfortable.

Did you get what you ordered? If you did, are you happy with what you got? If you did, then you have no issue.
I have seen many things that I have on ebay, & some people have no brain & just copy someone elses description.

If it is fake, a scam etc

shipping not included.
