1. The price seems reasonable. $25 isn't that much
2. It is okay. They are very pretty but I just don't think that is the style nowadays.
3. Would I buy them, no. But you seem to like them then go for it.

What struck me most is how poor the workmanship quality is. Note the way the teardrop in each is not centered, hangs crooked. Honesly they look like cheap costume jewelry, in the $10.00 range.
