This is like saying what is the opposite of photography. There is none except for the 'lack' of photography otherwise you are merely substituting one process for another. You first must define typography: The arrangement and appearance of printed elements. The opposite.. I think, would be a blank page.. or randomness.. depending upon how you interpret the meaning.

This is a difficult one. It all depends on what you interpret the opposite of typography to be. I think the best choice would be illustration. It keeps in the same genre but clearly denotes the difference between words and pictures. You could also use pictograph but I don't think it is as good a choice since it can be considered a type of typography.

Best choice is Illustration.

Since typography is the ART of creating type faces, they opposite, or antonym would be scribbling, don't you think?
