I need to build a business website ASAP. It needs to come with a domain name, at least 50 MB of storage space. Ad free. The cheapest I've found is at godaddy.com for $43 a year including e-mails. Anyone know of anything cheaper? i have to be able to make the entire website using html.

I've been on Microsoft Live and i don't like it. I have to use their templates I can't make the whole page using HTML. I already have a plan of how the page should look.

GO Daddy actually has cheaper hosting packages that come with basic email (10MB) space and have around 250-500MB of server space for hosting. I pre-pay 12 months with them and pay a little under $5/month.
You can also search for GoDaddy promo codes to save even more money at checkout. Geeknewscentral.com always has a handful of promo codes for GoDaddy.
You can also look at Microsoft Office Live. They have several different packages and tailor toward small business for online presence and software services. Microsoft Office Live Basics includes:

The free version has website ads, I believe. They also have other paid version that provide you more storage, services, and have different monthly rates. The tools for building and managing a website are a lot nicer and similar to use for a non-techie than you will get with GoDaddy or other cheap hosting packages.

if you want it free webhosting, you can try www.freehostia.com and awardspace.com they're free without banners, and if you need a free domain name, you can go to smartdots.com , but the domain would be, www.yourdomain.net.tc or watever...you can go and try it
