I am going to be in Vegas in October and really want to impress a client. Money is no object, but they said that they want to go to a steakhouse or Italian.

My favorite steakhouse is the Pullman Grille at Main Street Station - This restaurant was actually built around the Fireplace from Preswick Castle - Great food/Great service/Great atmosphere, at a more reasonable price.

Check out the "Nine" steakhouse at the Palms Casino.

I have had some great business dinners there. Very cool, laid back atmosphere with great service.

Try the chilled seafood platter for your appetizer.

After dinner, tell your waiter you want to have a night cap at the Ghost Bar (on the top floor of the hotel). They have always gotten my groups in with no problems (skip the line and cover charges). The Ghost Bar has a spectacular view and usually lots of "eye candy."

Should be enough to impress any VIP client.

CraftSteak at the MGM.

Your clients will really enjoy this, especially if they watch the hit reality tv show TOP CHEF. The executive chef and owner of craftsteak, Tom Colicchio, is the head judge of the tv show which features some of the best chefs in the country. There's nothing fancy about CraftSteak....just the best quality ingredients out there.

If you want to impress, to go the Stratosphere. Its that tall thing in the middle of town. The food is great, but the view is excellent, and since it revolves, the view constantly changes
