I know about IANA and ICANN but just found a CIA link in IP I think tracked as a proxy but a program pulled up -yes CIA. I am going to ask Microsoft about it.

I wish I was joking-I was verifying my IP add, it was off a little, got msg it was a proxy add then found a program that listed it with cia in it. Yeah you can check me out I'm pretty PATRIOTIC(oh is that a bad word now)??

Man, that always happens to me when I try to use the KGB's ftp site as a proxy, login to the FBI terminal server, bypass the NASA security policy to reboot the missile defense grid and access the Stargate dialing program using General Hammond's userid.
