cause an administrator will always decide on the answer which is acceptable to all.
had he told either of them to be correct it would have caused a furore among others. the administrator always comes up with a solution which no one can oppose

If you cannot see one sheep on both sides then you don't know if there is one black sheep. If you don't know if there is atleast one black sheep you don't know if there are many black sheeps. If you don't know if there are many black sheeps then you don't know if all of them are black.
