Turn off the water going to the tap.there is a valve located under the sink.Remove the button in the knob. unscrew and remove the handle. Then you will see the stem . There some flats on the stem. Remove the stem and you can replace the washer or replace the stem. Reinstall the stem and handle. Good luck

A wrench. Shut off water valve underneath first.
