Check with a local tech school for job openings and skills required which are pretty much what Aaron said. HVAC shops do a lot of sheet metal forming for commercial ductwork as do aluminum siding and window installers to a lesser degree. Any type of company that needs to bend and form sheetmetal will have a need for operators of brake presses be it manual or automated.

A brake press is a machine that bend metal. You insert sheet metal in the jaws, measure it to where you want it to bend and either hit the button or pull the lever. It takes some moderate skill to use.
