Not knowing your background, career field, nor the company in which you are seeking a job, I can only answer in generalities.
You certainly want to highlight your education and relevant experiences you have had elsewhere that meet the new job's needs. Beyond that, describe the "softer" skills you bring to the job, i.e., your work ethic, people management skills, creativity, sense of humor, team-building abilities, etc. In other words, describe your abilities that are harder to quantify, but still support the company's goals.

More details needed. What type of company and what is your position and/or duties?
Some not so obvious answers to lower level job positions:
1. I add value by bolstering our company's reputation to prospective clients by my conduct, attire, attitude, cooperative spirit, creativity, dedication, etc, etc.
2. List customer satisfaction emails, phone messages and comments. Be specific. If in email format forward the email.
3. If job is not directly interacting with the customer then list processes, methods, teachniques that improve organization, efficiency that you came up with or modified. Time is money. Implementation of new ideas. Get feedback from those that use your methods.
4. Quantify your production compared with others in the corporation to show you excel above and beyond the average.
If you have a higher level job position and are asking this question you may be in trouble; as you should already know the answer.

If you dont know how you can add value to the company, why should he even employ you?
My favorite think to ask an applicant when Im interviewing people is, "How are you going to make me more money"
Which is really the only reason I would give someone a job.

Well I don't know you so I can't say. Think about it and decide how you could add value to the company.
