You can glue them to a board (or even better, the backing of a picture frame) and make a neat cork board. If you alternate the directions of the corks (horizontal and vertical) you can make interesting patterns. I think when I made one for a friend I did 3 up and 3 down in rows to make kind of a checkerboard pattern, but you can obviously get more creating/complicated if you'd like! Just make sure they're right up against each other so that your pushpins don't fall out.

I used a bunch to cover a table top...they looked really cool. After they were all glues down we covered them with polyurethane to protect them.
