...and gives birth during the movie, should the baby be entitled to free movie passes for life? Should the mother be entitled to free passes as well?

What would make either of them entitled to free passes? Just because she gave birth in theater? The theater isn't responsble for getting her pregnant. The question makes it seem like the theater did something wrong for having a pregnant woman in their place of business.

No if anything she should be banned from the theater for disturbing the other movie viewers while she gives birth.

That is unless she is a scientologist and manages to give birth in complete silence. Then maybe one free pass only applicable tot he movie she snuck into.

That would all depend on whether those governing the theater owner are pro abortion or anti abortion. I say we build a fence around it, call it a gated community and only allow those capable and willing to pay admittance (and don't forget to turn off the cell phone)!
