What was your worst bad habit as a child but finally grew out of?

Sticking things up my nose. Thankfully I quit doing that. lol

Wanting to do jumps/stunts/etc, with my bicycle that most kids wouldn't dream/think of doing. Such as a game we played called, Suicide Run, we would go to the top of a street, pedal as fast as we could and try to cross the roadway below, if you chickened out, there was time enough to put the brakes on, hard and fast...We all made it across the roadway several times, then it was time to move on to something new and exciting.
As I write this, I think to myself...what was I thinking!!!

Not standing up for myself. Then one day, I snapped. Never took any crap from anyone again.
The worst thing you can do is not belive in yourself. Very glad I grew out of it, and more glad it didn't take a lot of time to do.

I haven't grown up yet, thus still have the bad habit from when I was a kid. I still snap bra straps and mope around when I'm pi$$ed off.

Playing with and Starting fires, I grew out of it, joined the Army and learned how to blow things up. Now all I say is "Fire in the Hole!"

trying to save the same piece of chewing gum for days at a time. It was just stupid and gross, I did it because I wanted my packs to last longer than my siblings, but it never works out that way.

Drinking cheap malt liquor with my homies. But I grew out of it when I was 5.
