The difference between the two is very easy to see:

It's a good sign when people want to dialog with you and exchange ideas and opinions. A bad sign is abbreviated spellings and no caps in a fragment of a sentence.

So many people just don't know that a person's written language is a window into their soul and intellectual functioning.

The obvious first: Spelling ,Grammar and sentence Structure.

Lately I have noticed the direct quoting of Fox news and other mouth pieces of the administration.

Open racial slurs,which Yahoo doesn't seem to mind but will sensor The other word for donkey Jackass.

Insistence on the truth of their faith with little or no evidence of knowlege of their scriptures and when all else fails insults.

of course you can....

But for the person below that mentioned spelling and caps well sometimes people like myself are really bad with typing and we can only read what was suppose to be there. And I know there is spell check but darn it it takes too much time! That is impateinece not stupidity.

With the many generalizations, sterotypes and broad sweeping statements, I see that there is a lack of logic being taught in our schools. I can pick up an illogical statement immediately and it frustrates me how some of these people operate strictly on emotion or influence from others.

Maybe to an extent. There are so many factors that can come into play. There is so much that we don't know. How do you tell for sure? It could be a language barrier, for example.

I may not be able to tell the depth of intelligence a person has....but I can definitely tell if they're a moron.
