Okay buddy this is my advice now read carefully. First of all produce a business portfolio. My advice is that you buy and sell properties. And this is going to be your own business so your not going to be working for anyone else. So produce a good business portfolio that will just wow the bank manager to lend you the money.
Then Put on a nice clean suit first of all you gotta look like someone who can make money... to make money..yeah. Shirt and tie aswell.
Then book an appointment at a bank of your choice. Now you need communicate well with the bank manager and convince him that you can be trusted with the money and that it's a very profitable investment for that bank.
You need to borrow 100 crores......Now if after reading this if your a bit hot under the collar go an get yourself a glass of water and try to keep calm before you read the rest of this. Because i simply can't have you passing out buddy lol.
Okay so your going to borrow 100 crores from the bank with the agreement that your going to pay back all the money in full including the interest after 12 months.(i'm presuming your in India. If you live abroad then just work out the equivelent amount). So lets now presume that the bank manager gives you the thumbs up.
Now what your are going to do with this money is buy as many properties as you can (don't bother saving any of this money as trust me your not going to need it and it will just ruin the plan) so spend as much of it as you can on buying up properties which you would expect to be in high demand in a year's time. Your main aim is to be able to sell off all of these properties in a year's time at a profit and you should aim to make as high a profit as possible so that you can pay back your loan and be rich of course.
Now i'm not maths person but i'll still try to do some simple calculations for you.
1,000,000 / 10 properties each costing 10 crores. I'm estimating that each of your properties will cost 10 crores. Obviously it might not be quite like that when you actually go to purchase your properties. And lets say the bank manager puts 15% interest on that. Then the total amount you have to pay back to the bank in 12 months time is:
1,000,000 / 10 = 10000 X 15 = 1,50000 crores.
1,000,000 + 1,50000 = 101,50000 crores
Now lets say after a year your properties increase in value between 15-20%. So if they were to increase by 20% your total revenue after selling all your properties will be 102 crores. This the amount of net profit you will make according to my calculations which is 50 lacs. However depending on how much interest the bank charges and if your properties increase in value higher than 20% than your net profit could be much higher.
So give this idea a try buddy and let me know if your successfull. Especially let me know what the bank manager say's to you.
